Dr. David Pai

Dr. Pai is a member of Capital Nephrology Medical Group in Sacramento, California and has been practicing Nephrology for the last seven years. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency and Nephrology Fellowship at the University of Massachusetts. He is a Physician Informaticist for Dignity Health and has strong involvement in the community participating in Residency Education for various training programs, including Sutter and Mercy Family Practice Residency and UC Davis. He serves as the Medical Director at several DaVita Dialysis Units in California. His participation in the Physician Leadership program at Dignity Health and his increased knowledge of insurance plans has helped him understand the changes in healthcare in the new millennium.

His goal for the Renal Care Organization is that it will gain a national presence to help guide the medical community in determining the standards for best practice in Nephrology.
